From Enterprise Software to Education's Future
We started as Fingerprint Information Technology, building ERPs, platforms, and web applications for organizations across Dhaka. Then we stepped into a school and saw the chaos firsthand: paper admissions, Excel fee tracking, five phone calls a day from parents asking if their child was present.
It wasn't one big problem. It was a hundred small ones, every single day. That's when we stopped building for everyone and started building for the people who needed it most. Educators. FEMS was born from a simple belief: school management shouldn't be this hard.
“We treat every school like a partner, not a customer. Their problems are our problems.”
The Founding Team
Our Values
Partnership First
We don’t sell software. We partner with schools. Every decision starts with one question: does this make their day easier?
Results Over Features
We measure success by the hours we save schools, not the features we ship. Every module exists because a real school needed it.
Radical Simplicity
Complex systems fail in real schools. We obsess over making every feature intuitive enough for any teacher, parent, or administrator to use on day one.
Built for Bangladesh
We’re not adapting a foreign product. FEMS is designed from the ground up for how Bangladeshi schools actually work, in Bangla, with local workflows.
Small Team, Big Mission
A team of engineers, designers, and educators building the future of school management from Dhaka.
